About the Role

PetroCONNECT is looking for a Learner Journey Administrator in the Gauteng area to provide administrative support by ensuring that all learner records and achievements are quality assured and maintained on the SETA system and ensuring Facilitators are supported during training.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular data audits on attendance registers, beneficiary lists, and other key documents.
  • Identify and flag inconsistencies or gaps in data and follow up for timely corrections.
  • Collaborate with administrators to maintain accurate and up-to-date learner records.
  • Support the digitisation of project records and ensure data is correctly reflected in digital systems.
  • Perform routine data integrity checks across all reporting streams.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1 year experience in training environment
  • Matric or Diploma in Administration or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Own transport essential
