Overview of the Role
- Ensure that station is applying the correct fuel retail prices as instructed from time to time so as to maximise fuel profit margins.
- Plan and manage the Staff rota, stock availability and sales targets. Ensure standards remain high and continually look for ways to improve.
- Make sure that all staffs Provide excellent customer service to drive sales forward.
- To carry out monthly fuel audits in order to ensure the correct payments of monies and security of the Company’s fuel stocks.
- To train each staff member at the station and ensure that good customer practice is carried out consistently.
- Motivate, lead, support and coach your team to bring out the best in those around you.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12
- Computer Literate and fluent in MS Office
- Excellent administrative skills
- Experience in people management
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident and assertive
- High level of motivation, initiative and integrity
- Previous Forecourt management experience
