Overview of Role:

  • Working with management to manage and optimize workforce capacity

  • Own and conduct end-to-end talent acquisition processes from employer branding, job analysis and advertising to interviews, background checks and placements

  • Design, own and optimise employee onboarding and training programmes

  • Collaborate with leaders, managers and specialist consultants to design and implement employee development and succession programmes at all levels of the organisation

  • Design and implement employee wellness policies and programmes that protect and improve the well-being of employees

  • Collaborate with leaders and managers to optimise performance management processes, procedures and systems

  • Design and implement reward and recognition programmes that encourage effective behaviours and incentivise top performance

  • Own and implement employee engagement surveys and programmes to continuously develop and strengthen the culture of the company

  • Advise and support managers to continuously develop the leadership and management capabilities of the company

Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology

  • 5+ years experience across the Talent Management value chain, which includes Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Employee Experience/Engagement

  • 3+ years experience as an HR Business Partner

  • Experience in drafting policies (advantageous)

  • Experience in organisational development and/or change management project roles (advantageous)
